With 20 years of experience in bakery and pastry, I was trained in France on the art of baking and where I spent the first 12 years of my career working at different places in order to always learn, improve and deepen my skills.

I then travelled through Australia discovering new cultures and ways of working. In North America, I had the opportunity to work as a consultant for many companies where I helped them grow by developing new products and training people. 

Since 2017, I worked as Head of Production for a sucessfull high end bakery in London helping the company to grow from 2 branches to ten. 

I now decided to run my own business offering my expertise and services across London. My aim is to help professionals keep their businesses growing by sharing my knowledge in all aspects of baking.
